LIC Exam Eligibility For AAO Post

The LIC exam eligibility criteria for AAO post is mentioned in the official notification of AAO recruitment exam 2020 released by the conducting body.

The LIC exam eligibility criteria for AAO 2021 exam is as mentioned below:

1. Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. Education Qualifications: A Graduate degree in any discipline from any Government recognized University.

Candidates have to satisfy the following eligibility criteria to appear for LIC IRDA exam:

1. Candidate must be a citizen of Indian nationality.
2. Aspirants of LIC IRDA exam must have a passing certificate of 10+2 as the minimum academic qualification.
3. There is no upper age limit to give the IRDA exam, but the candidate must not be less than 18 years of age.

Aspirants of LIC D.O. exam have to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

Academic qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a Government recognized university.

Age Limit: Aspirants must neither be below 21 years of age nor above 30 years. Age relaxation is also given to candidates under reserved categories.

Nationality: Aspirants must be an Indian citizen. Also, the candidates who hold the eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.

LIC Exam Syllabus And Paper Pattern D.O. Post

The LIC exam for the recruitment of Development Officer is conducted in two phases:

Phase -I: Written examination

Phase-II: Group discussion and interview

The written examination is objective type paper of 2 hours. There are four sections to this exam.

1. Reasoning
2. English language
3. General awareness
4. Numerical ability

Each section carries 50 questions making a total of 200 questions.

There is negative marking of (0.25) marks for each wrong attempt in the written exam of LIC D.O. examination.

Qualified candidates in the written exam are called for Group Discussion and Interview round.

Shortlisted candidates in the GD and PI round are eligible for final selection. Candidates have to obtain minimum qualifying marks in both Phase-I and Phase-II for final selection.
